DNA Pairing in Pakistan
DNA pairing in Pakistan is the methodology through which the base pairing of DNA double helix takes place, according to this methodology each type of nucleobase on one strand normally interacts with just one type of nucleobase on the other strand. This is called complementary base pairing or DNA pairing. During DNA pairing purines form hydrogen bonds to pyrimidines, with A bonding only to T, and C bonding only to G. This arrangement of two nucleotides binding together across the double helix is called a base pair or DNA pairing.
DNA pairing in Pakistan is done by various DNA centers or research centers who are working in Pakistan and some of the research centers includes:
- NIH (National Institute of Health)
- NARC (National Agricultural Research Council)
- PMRC (Pakistan Medical research council)
- PARC (Pakistan research Council)
- PBRC (Bio-resource Research Council)
- Comsats institute of Information Technology (CIIT)
These research councils are performing DNA pairing in Pakistan and putting their great effort in research field and as well giving good opportunity to new students to be trained and carry forward there research work to compete with the global world.
